How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with an unambiguous statement - via the online form on this page, by email to autoportbg@gmail.com or by post. You can use the standard form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of refusal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding any additional costs if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard type offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by you. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You are responsible for the direct costs of return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

According to Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to goods made to order or according to the individual requirements of the consumer, to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, as well as to goods that, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
