The oil is made on a synthetic base, which provides a stable oil film at high temperatures and quick lubrication during cold starts. Thus, the engine is protected in the first seconds after ignition, when wear is greatest. The oil keeps parts clean and limits the formation of deposits and sludge. It meets the requirements of ACEA A1, A5, B1, B5 and API SN. It also covers the ILSAC GF-4 standard, which is often required by Japanese and American manufacturers. What does viscosity 5W-30 mean?
The designation 5W-30 is according to the SAE J300 classification. The number 5 before the letter W indicates how easily the oil flows in the cold. The lower it is, the faster the oil reaches all parts of the engine during a cold start. The number 30 describes the viscosity at an operating temperature of about 100 °C. This is one of the most common viscosities for modern gasoline and diesel engines, including those with extended drain intervals.
